Dante Pascuzzo is an accomplished musician who is well versed in many different styles of music. He has performed, written, or recorded with Peter Erskine, Alex Acuna, Zakir Hussain, Poncho Sanchez, Shaila Durcal, Quetzal, Son De Madera, Ozomatli, Laura Rebolloso, Ricardo Lemvo, Chuchito Valdez and many others. He just released an album of all original music entitled "La La" featuring Nate Wood on Drums and Adam Benjamin on Fender Rhodes keyboard. His most recent projects included co-producing Rocio Marron's self titled record and also co-wrote a song on the last Quetzal record "Imaginaries" which won the grammy for Best Alternative Latin record of the year (2012).
This is a quinto sapotero part. The percussion part had such a great bass tone, i didn't want to get in the way. This is in Db min to match the pitch of the drum!
